Subscription & Billing Cycle

  • All sessions are offered through monthly subscriptions (or trimester, semester, or yearly plans if applicable).

  • Your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled before the next billing cycle.

  • You can cancel your subscription anytime. Your access will remain active until the end of the paid period.

Refund Policy

  • You may request a full refund after your first session if you are not satisfied.

  • After the first session, no refunds will be issued for ongoing subscriptions.

  • No refunds are issued for unused sessions once the paid period has started.

This ensures you have flexibility and peace of mind when trying our services.

2. Privacy Policy

Data Collection and Usage We collect personal information such as your name, email address, and contact number to manage your subscription and deliver our service.

3. Participation & Online Conduct

Session Access & Environment

  • Sessions are conducted online via Google Meet.

  • Parents are responsible for ensuring their child joins sessions on time with a quiet and safe environment.

  • To maintain engagement, we encourage cameras to be turned on.

Code of Conduct

  • Tiny-Tongues is a respectful learning space.

  • Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the session without refund.

Image Rights

  • We may use images/videos from sessions for promotional purposes (social media, website, etc.).

  • If you do not consent to this, please inform us in writing before the first session.

  • Recording or sharing content from sessions is not allowed without written consent.

4. Technical Responsibilities

  • Parents must ensure a stable internet connection and a working device.

  • If a session is missed due to technical issues on our side, a make-up session will be arranged.

5. Agreement & Acknowledgment

By purchasing a Tiny-Tongues subscription, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and policies.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the UAE. Any disputes or complaints will be handled under UAE jurisdiction.
